Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized the way brands connect with consumers. This paper investigates how AI-powered personalization is renovating digital promotion, examines its benefits and challenges, and highlights its role in shaping the future of consumer-brand interactions. In order to create highly customised marketing experiences, the report highlights the integration of AI tools like chatbots, recommendation engines, and predictive behavioural models.
